This adds levels of randomness to the alpha layer of a clip. There are three levels of variability: Low, Moderate, and High. This is very useful for flickering lights or clips.

The Frequency, Noisiness, Seed, and Amount can be individually controlled.

There are specific effects designed for: 720, 1080, and 4K, in both the Widescreen and Vertical formats.

A bonus effect called Strobe is installed for reducing the frame rate of a clip. For example, a 30fps clip can be reduced to 5fps to make it look like frames are dropping. It looks choppy and feels low resolution.
